Orders will be processed by batch according to the cut-off schedule below:

*For manual payment methods, basis will be proof of payment email timestamp. Kindly pay as you order to ensure your order can be shipped out soonest!

**Shipped out date refers to the date that Lullaby Run hands over parcels to third party couriers, and does not include courier lead time/delivery time. Dates may be subject to delay only if third party courier operations, which we are dependent on, face issues, delays, or closures. We will not accept order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to orders not arriving in time where there are delays are due to third party couriers.

*We will provide pickup schedule windows during which we can service pickups. Courier shipping fees will be shouldered and settled by buyer direct to courier/rider (no shipping fees will be charged by Lullaby Run at checkout).

 

Special Requests

If you would like your order to be rush shipped out earlier than the above schedules or via a different MOD, we can try our best on a case-to-case basis, but we are not able to guarantee this ahead. Kindly contact us after checkout to discuss your request.

If a certain timeline and/or MOD would be a significant consideration in your purchase, we suggest to check out only if your required timeline/MOD safely falls within our tables above and in consideration of third party courier lead times and delay risks, or if you can accept the possibility of the order not arriving in time for your rush timeline and/or via a different MOD.

Hoping for your kind understanding as even if we try our best, we may still be subject to certain limitations. Please note we will not accept order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to orders not arriving in time according to a rush request timeline or not delivered by a special request MOD.
