Shipping Timelines

Generally, in case no specific shipping timeline is indicated on the product page: For onhand items, the standard ship out timeline is within 2-5 business days from order confirmation and payment, although we always try to do sooner. From then, courier delivery times vary based on the specific courier and delivery location. As a quick estimate, you can view LBC lead times here at https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/ (Origin: NCR)

Modes of Delivery
- For delivery addresses within Metro Manila, we use third party couriers like Lalamove, Grab, or Angkas for Express Rider Delivery; we also use third party couriers like LBC, GoGo Xpress, Flash if you prefer this method (select Land Courier at checkout). We also offer the option for Buyer Pickup (buyer books and pays at own expense).
- For delivery addresses outside Metro Manila, we use third party couriers like LBC, GoGo Xpress, Flash; for some areas we also offer the option for Buyer Pickup (buyer books and pays at own expense).
- For all shipping methods except Buyer Pickup, shipping fees are always collected from you upon checkout, and settled by Lullaby Run in full when we ship out. You should not expect any delivery riders to collect any further fees from you. If they do, kindly refuse and let us know the situation.
International Shipping
- Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally yet, but we'd like to do this soon! Please give us some time to get things ready and kindly watch out for future announcements!
Shipping Mishandling
We take every order seriously - each product goes through several steps of quality control and personal inspection throughout manufacturing, packaging, and order dispatch. Delivery modes enlist third party couriers where we have limited control, but we do our best to pack each order to it arrives to you safely:
- Standard Shipping: dust bag, several layers of foam/paper/bubble wrap, corrugated box
- Express Shipping: dust bag, cardboard paper bag
If you have special requests regarding how you would like your order to be packed and shipped, please contact us directly.
During delivery or after receiving your order, should there be any concerns that appear to be related to courier handling, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can help you, for example via:
- Providing photo proof of handover to couriers (if buyer pickup via self-booking)
- Providing details of the shipment order or rider booking (if Lullaby Run shipped or booked)
- Filing for refunds or compensation from the courier (if Lullaby Run shipped or booked)
Bounced Packages
Once items are dispatched, Lullaby Run has little to no further control over the packages. Buyers are responsible for receiving packages at the shipping addresses provided at checkout on the website. If your package was delivered to the correct shipping address but it was unsuccessfully received and returned by the courier to Lullaby Run, please contact us directly to arrange re-shipment and settlement of new shipping fees, if any.
Returns & Exchanges
We take every order seriously - each product goes through several steps of quality control and personal inspection throughout manufacturing, packaging, and order dispatch. Our products involve handmade techniques using genuine leather - both of which may mean some natural imperfections in the product. We do not accept returns & exchanges, but if you have any concerns related to product raw materials, make, or finishing - please contact us directly.
