Physical Sales Policy

    For Items Purchased or Claimed In-Person

    1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for regular items, quality control items, and discounted/sale items as items are inspected by customers at checkout. Please raise any concerns before leaving the venue.
    2. We happily help address concerns on regular items with verified manufacturing defects not reasonably discoverable at point of purchase and only arise with normal use. Please raise any concerns within 7 days of the physical purchase or claiming.
    3. By completing purchase or claiming of a quality control item or discounted/sale item, you confirm that you understand the item is sold in imperfect condition and agree to accept it as-is and as inspected in-person. An item may show imperfections that don’t affect overall use which are part of what make each piece unique. We are not able to provide further remedies as the condition is already reflected in the special pricing.

    Manufacturing defects that are clearly visible or reasonably identifiable, or disclosed to the customer before purchase or claiming are not covered by remedies, and the item is deemed accepted in its as-is condition upon purchase or claiming. Issues arising from normal wear, friction, exposure to external or environmental elements, accidental damage, or improper care during use are not considered defects.

    Any concerns to be raised will require a copy of the care & policy card with order number and customer name indicated.
